The world of Arnendor is one of great mystery. Immense holes pock the lands of its sole continent, Lúsis, and according to myth, the seas that surround Lúsis (and Lúsis itself) float above a broken planet whose clouds swirl far below. Those who have dared to glimpse into the astral voids of this universe know nothing but terror and balk at the dying husks of gods that hang in the silence beyond the material planes...
In the beginning there was energy and inertia, absorption and division. The four Monoliths of Creation: Wahid, the Lightbringer, Athnan, the Restraint, Thlath, the Enthralling, and Arbe, the Divider existed long before all else, and it was their eldritch inscriptions that gave rise to the four planes of existence.
The Elemental Chaos is a plane of churning elemental energies, comprising many spheres to represent the many elements of the universe.

The Astral Sea is an alien plane; birthplace of the gods.

The Ethereal Realm is a place of dreams. At once violent and peaceful, its mysteries are boundless, its imagination is endless.
The Material (or the Harmony) comprises the Shadowfell, the Prime Material, and the Feywild. While the Shadowfell is a place of muted emotion, the Feywild is a place of heightened emotion; their balance imbues the Prime Material with its beauty and homeliness.

The continent of Lúsis floats above a swirling storm of gas on this strange planet.
The oceans that surround Lúsis spill freely from the floating mass and into the storm below, but are continually replenished by passageways between the Material plane and the plane of Water (within the Elemental Chaos) that lie in the sunken places of Arnendor.
The Scars are massive hexagonal chasms that pockmark the continent of Lúsis, varying in size and proximity. An ancient civilization crafted massive sepulchers to strange gods, but the substance of these tombs has long since eroded away.
Born by the strange workings of the Monoliths of Creation, the Gods came to inherit the world of Arnendor as they did many realms. Below is compiled many deities of various faiths, as eclectic and confusing as the god true nature.
